External User Analysis Page

 Flow of use of analytical devices for external users is as follows.

 ※ It takes time to use by procedures.Please note.

 

 (1) The detailed rules for external users and the devices to be used are confirmed.

 (2) Please consult the Center staff regarding devices to be used, measurement methods, specimens to be  measured, and date for use.
 ・Usage fees(External)  ※ A formal estimation will be presented at the consultation.

 (3) After both parties have agreed on the usage fees and other factors, the user must fill in the necessary items  and stamp his/her seal on the Keycard Usage Application Form (only required for the first usage of each year), the Device Usage Application Form, and the Commitment Form and submit these to the Center.

 ※ The forms cannot be sent as e-mail attachments. However, they can be sent by post.

 (4) Fees will be calculated in accordance with the devices and usage time stated on the Device Usage  Application Form, and an estimate and bill will be sent to the applicant. Please transfer the requested amount into the specified account by the due date.

 (5) After payment from the applicant has been confirmed, please make detailed schedule adjustments with the  Center before using the device.

 ※ Please strictly observe the usage time. This time includes preparation and clean-up procedures.

 ※ The keycard will be kept at the Center. Please collect it from the staff room (Room 307 of the Science  Collaboration Center) and then return it after use.
